From a first software job to critical systems in three countries.
Today I work as a Senior Software Engineer with PayPal and Taller in the United States. Before that, I built the first Load Balancer as a Service at Magalu Cloud, led the partner integrations team for Serasa Experian's Limpa Nome and rewrote a public sector system in Portugal from scratch. I also worked on Emb3rs, a research project funded by the European Union.
My work is taking systems from idea to production with architecture built to last, tests and observability. Some results: an integration that brought in over R$1 million in under a month, more than 30 partner integrations in three months and a marketplace rebuilt in under two months with zero downtime.
I also care about the people who will maintain the system later. I have led teams of every level, set code standards and development workflows, formally mentored four interns and joined hiring processes as an interviewer.
I started outside tech, in industrial maintenance, where I learned to diagnose systems that cannot stop and to coordinate people remotely. I moved into software in 2019 and reached senior level with 1 year and 10 months of experience. That is why I take helping newcomers seriously.
As the founder of FRNC Tecnologia, I bring that same engineering standard to custom software and solutions.
